Asha Health is a New York based seed stage startup that helps medical practices launch their own AI clinics. We're backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, 186 Ventures, Reach Capital and many more. We recently raised an oversubscribed seed round from some of the best investors in Silicon Valley. Our team includes AI product leaders from companies like Google, physician executives from major health systems, and more.

About the Role

We're looking for a go-getter who is excited about transforming healthcare with AI. Here is what you'll have the opportunity to do:

  • Lead sales calls yourself (with our inbound leads) and close deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are successful with our products and upsell them when possible.
  • Design marketing materials, come up with new AI automations, and put processes in place where chaos exists today.
  • Come up with new AI feature ideas that our product & eng team should build.

This role is ideal for folks that are incredibly intelligent and ambitious, early in their careers, and seeking rapid career growth.

This role is in person in Manhattan, New York.

Compensation

This role will include a base compensation, along with a generous commission structure. We will start this role as a contract position, but after 2-3 months you will have the opportunity to convert it into full-time if your performance is strong.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a top university.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience after undergraduate.
  • Prior B2B sales experience.
  • Very strong communication skills.
Technology

You will have the opportunity to work on the most cutting edge AI features, including SOTA AI agents, LLM-powered tools, and voice agents as well. You'll work on shipping features end-to-end, while discovering techniques to make our AI agents more performant (reliability, accuracy, latency, etc).
