We’re on a mission to make behavioral health more available and accessible. We're backed by YCombinator, Craft, Zigg, and many others to make this dream a reality.
At Camber, we build software for behavioral health clinicians to improve quality of care. We streamline and replace manual efforts so clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing high-quality care.

We’re deeply rooted in the intersection of healthcare and technology — the founders were previously healthcare consultants (at McKinsey) and all have technical backgrounds.
The engineering team brings a breadth of experience (AWS, Bloomberg, Palantir, Headway). Our head of engineering previously led a team of 10 at AWS and is invested in building a first-class team of engineers with a focus on developing a diverse, inclusive, and supportive culture.

We started Camber because we care about impact — the lack of supply for behavioral healthcare means those who need it most cannot access it. We see this as a once in a lifetime opportunity to fix a broken industry, and why we want you on this journey with us.
Camber builds software to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare. We streamline and replace manual work so clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing great care. For more details on our thesis, check out our write-up: What is Camber?
We’ve raised $50M in funding from phenomenal supporters at a16z, Craft Ventures, YCombinator, Manresa, and many others who are committed to improving the accessibility of care. For more information, take a look at: Announcing Camber
Our mission to change behavioral health starts with us and how we operate. We don’t want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate. Here are a few tactical examples:
Improving accessibility and quality of healthcare is something we live and breathe. Everyone on Camber’s team cares deeply about helping clinicians and patients.
We have to have a sense of humor. Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.
As an Enterprise Account Strategist, you’ll be a key player in shaping how Camber grows into the enterprise market. You’ll combine strategy, analysis, and relationship-building to identify, engage, and convert high-potential healthcare platforms into Camber customers.
This is a customer-facing, outbound-driven role — part strategist, part seller, part operator. You’ll lead direct outreach to executives, design personalized account strategies, and build data-backed business cases that drive C-suite conviction. You’ll also collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to refine how Camber wins and expands enterprise accounts.
Create and own enterprise pursuits. Map stakeholders, identify value hypotheses, and run coordinated multi-threaded outreach across key enterprise accounts.
Drive top-of-funnel pipeline. Proactively prospect and open new enterprise opportunities through a mix of targeted outreach, executive engagement, and ABM campaigns.
Build the business case. Lead enterprise diagnostics and ROI modeling through customer interviews, financial analysis, and operational deep dives.
Act as the strategic face of Camber. Engage directly with CFOs, COOs, and clinical leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into partnership opportunities.
Enable internal scale. Build pursuit playbooks, ROI templates, and dashboards that strengthen how the GTM team identifies, qualifies, and closes enterprise deals.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who’s ready to bridge strategy and execution — a thinker who wants to get their hands dirty and see their work drive real outcomes.
You might be a fit if you:
Have 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a strategy/operations role where you’ve learned to dissect businesses and communicate insights clearly.
Are highly analytical and technical — fluent in Excel or Python and comfortable working with data to build models, dashboards, or financial analyses.
Are ready to get closer to customers — excited to move beyond PowerPoint decks into conversations that drive revenue and build relationships.
Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, where curiosity, ownership, and speed matter more than structure.
Strategic operator: You can quickly grasp complex business and payer dynamics and turn them into executable pursuit strategies.
Customer-first mindset: You love engaging with prospects — running outreach, leading discovery calls, and turning relationships into deals.
Analytical fluency: You’re confident using Excel (or Python) to analyze data, model ROI, and quantify the impact of automation.
Cross-functional communicator: You can rally internal teams and external executives around shared objectives.
Enterprise curiosity: You’re energized by solving for large-scale complexity — how national and PE-backed clinic networks operate and where Camber can unlock value.
Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans with nationwide coverage, including 24/7 virtual urgent care.
Mental Health Support: Weekly therapy reimbursement up to $100, so you can prioritize the care that works best for you.
Paid Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks of fully paid time off for new parents (birth, adoption, or foster care).
Financial Wellness: 401K (traditional & Roth), HSA & FSA options, and monthly commuter benefits for NYC employees.
Time Off That Counts: 18 PTO days per year (plus rollover), plus office closures for holidays, monthly team events, company off-sites, and daily, in-office lunches for our team.
Fitness Stipend: $100/month to use on fitness however you choose.
Hybrid Flexibility: In NYC? We work in the office 3–5x/week, with flexibility when life happens. Fridays are remote-friendly.
Camber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location.
Building an inclusive culture is one of our core tenets as a company. We’re very aware of structural inequalities that exist, and recognize that underrepresented minorities are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t think they meet all of the requirements. If that’s you and you’re reading this, we’d like to encourage you to apply regardless — we’d love to get to know you and see if there’s a place for you here!
In addition, we take security seriously, and all of our employees contribute to uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
