Founded in 2024 as a better way to conduct qualitative interviews, Conveo quickly gained traction after going through the Summer 24 Y Combinator batch where we saw significant interest from Consumer Goods companies. After raising our $5.3m seed round, we executed closely with our customers to build the best qualitative market research platform centered around AI-moderated interviews. Since then we’ve expanded our scope, grown our team, and Today, we're seeing incredibly strong adoption and usage across Insights, marketing, innovation, and strategy teams in industries like: Consumer goods, Retail, Pharma, technology, and consumer services.

Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer across insights, marketing, and product teams.

The current/traditional research methods companies rely on are slow, expensive, and superficial. Running great research also requires expertise which is a blocker to many companies. That directly affects how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them.

The Role
As a Founder's Associate in this unique rotational role, you will work directly with Conveo's Chief of Staff (and closely with the founders) to drive high-impact projects across finance, operations, and strategy – all while ensuring our rapid growth continues. Based in London (UK) or Antwerp (Belgium), you'll gain hands-on exposure to Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and other departments, tackling whatever challenges arise in a fast-growing startup environment. This is an ideal opportunity to learn by doing, wear many hats, and quickly position yourself for a future leadership role in the company.
Your Mission

Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the Chief of Staff to plan and execute company-wide initiatives across finance and operations, directly contributing to Conveo’s growth and scalability.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Build and refine financial models, optimize financial processes, develop KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision making by leadership, and assist in annual and quarterly budget planning.

Cross-Functional Operations: Work cross-functionally and provide operational support to various departments (Marketing, HR, Product, Sales, etc.), coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure initiatives are executed smoothly and company goals are met.

Process Optimization: Identify operational initiatives and inefficiencies across teams and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce bottlenecks.

Special Projects: Take ownership of high-priority ad-hoc projects (e.g. researching new market opportunities, preparing key presentations, improving onboarding processes) from idea to execution, acting as a versatile problem-solver wherever the need arises.
What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup (finance/operations role preferred).

Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and data analysis. You should be a spreadsheet wizard who can turn data into insight.

Problem Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills. You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of challenges and can navigate ambiguity to get things done.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail. You can distill complex information into clear, concise insights and communicate them effectively.
