Our story so far:

Founded in 2024 as a better way to conduct qualitative interviews, Conveo quickly gained traction after going through the Summer 24 Y Combinator batch where we saw significant interest from Consumer Goods companies. After raising our $5.3m seed round, we executed closely with our customers to build the best qualitative market research platform centered around AI-moderated interviews. Since then we’ve expanded our scope, grown our team, and Today, we're seeing incredibly strong adoption and usage across Insights, marketing, innovation, and strategy teams in industries like: Consumer goods, Retail, Pharma, technology, and consumer services.

The market research industry is valued at approximately $100B, with qualitative solutions representing a $30B opportunity. With AI enablement, this market is expanding rapidly. This is an infinite horizon problem.
  • Experienced team. Our head of research was the founder of a market research company with 600+ employees, our CEO previously co-founded a $75m ARR startup as CTO. Our commercial and operational teams bring their operational excellence from McKinsey, while our sales leadership includes former VPs from Ipsos.

The Role

As Conveo’s Events & Marketing Lead, you’ll own our end-to-end event strategy and execution, making sure Conveo is unmissable at the most important market research gatherings worldwide. You’ll design experiences that generate leads, build buzz, and strengthen our brand as the category leader. From logistics and sponsorships to post-event follow-ups and ROI analysis, you’ll transform events into growth engines for the business.

Your Mission

  1. Event Domination – “Make Conveo Unmissable”
  • Lead planning and execution for conferences, trade shows, and side events.
  • Secure sponsorships and speaking slots that put Conveo at the center of industry conversations.
  • Drive event branding and marketing, ensuring our presence is bold, professional, and memorable.
  • Manage logistics, booth design, and team coordination to deliver flawless experiences.
  • Create the best merch ever
  1. Lead Gen & Growth – “Turn Events into Revenue”
  • Build strategies to maximize lead capture and qualification at every event.
  • Partner with sales for seamless handoff and follow-up on event-generated leads.
  • Measure and optimize event ROI, ensuring each event delivers bigger impact.
  1. Industry Networking – “Make Conveo the Default Name”
  • Cultivate relationships with organizers, industry leaders, and influencers.
  • Organize VIP dinners, private meetups, and side events to deepen engagement.
  • Use events to boost brand visibility with customers, investors, and future talent.

  • Translate real-world events to social media buzz

What We’re Looking For

  • High energy, ownership and a can-do mentality
  • 2+ years of (event) marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency setting.
  • A drive to win — you see events not just as logistics, but as competitive weapons.
  • Strong commercial instinct, treating events as sales channels with measurable ROI.
  • Creative eye for brand and experience; you know how to make a company stand out.
  • Hands-on execution mindset — fast, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • A network in market research, SaaS, or marketing events is a strong plus.
  • An intuition for socials and bias to action (you’re a poster, not a scroller)
