About the Role

We’re hiring a hands‑on VP of Finance who also loves operations. You’ll own core finance and design the systems that make revenue, billing, payroll, and vendor management run smoothly. Ultimately the role is what you make of it, this will be first finance function at Saturn, so you will have significant agency in building finance and ops from first principles.

You will:

• Run the monthly close and management accounts; own cash, AP/AR, tax & filings with advisers.
• Build FP&A: budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario models, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, payback, gross margin).
• Lead quote‑to‑cash: pricing & packaging, billing, revenue recognition (IFRS 15), collections/dunning.
• Build out RevOps analytics with GTM: pipeline → conversion → retention dashboards; CRM hygiene.
• Choose & implement the right stack
• Light People Ops oversight: payroll, benefits, headcount planning, comp frameworks.
• Set lightweight controls: spend policy, approvals, vendor & security questionnaires, SOC 2 readiness.
• Support fundraising: models, diligence, and tidy data rooms.

What we’re looking for

• 5–10+ years across startup finance/ops with time as Head/VP Finance at an early B2B SaaS.
• You’ve built the finance stack before
• Strong grasp of SaaS economics and revenue mechanics; partner well with Sales/CS.
• Systems thinker; strong Excel/SQL and a bias to automate.
• Clear written communicator; pragmatic and hands‑on.
• You thrive in high ownership environments
