About our team

Our founders combine experience from big law, big tech, and high-growth startups.

• Sona is a practiced attorney with expertise in transactional law and intellectual property. She has a background as a strategic consultant in legal tech, where she helped companies automate their internal processes for almost three years.
• Mariam worked as a software engineer at Meta and as a senior PM at GitHub, where she led teams building security products.

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious lawyer who can help our customers succeed with Pincites. You’ll work directly with in-house legal teams to build negotiation playbooks, onboard into our AI workflows, and translate feedback into product improvements. You’ll be the legal voice at the table—helping customers adopt Pincites and making sure they see real value fast.

It learns how top teams (like Vercel, Ramp, or Redis) negotiate today, then automates that workflow with AI-generated redlines and comments tailored to their playbook.

About You

You’re a lawyer who cares about systems and workflows as much as contracts. You enjoy working directly with customers, explaining complex legal ideas simply, and helping teams adopt new technology. You don’t just want to practice law—you want to change how law is practiced.

• You’ve practiced as a commercial/contracts lawyer (in-house or firm)
• You enjoy working with clients and solving workflow problems
• You write clearly and think in playbooks
• You’re curious about AI and how it changes the way lawyers work
• Bonus: you’ve worked in legal ops, customer success, or consulting

• Partner with customers to design and implement negotiation playbooks
• Lead onboarding and training for new legal teams adopting Pincites
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements
• Create case studies, templates, and content to drive adoption

Our Founders

We’re led by a technology and privacy attorney with extensive big law and legal tech experience. Her cofounder led security product teams at GitHub and was a fast-track Meta engineer. Together, we’ve built a product trusted by some of the most innovative companies in the world.

Anyone can build an AI-powered demo. The technical challenges come when you try to build a product customers love.

• We push the limits of what the AI can do. Getting the best out of LLMs requires orchestrating complicated chains of requests using prompts that have been methodically developed. We benchmark and iterate our prompts to achieve results others can't match.
• We integrate with our users' current tools. For lawyers that means Microsoft Word, and we're not afraid of becoming experts in technologies like OOXML or officejs to better serve them. It's the difference between a good experience and a great one.
• We sweat the details to build a great product. We keep things fast with hundred of parallel request to OpenAI, keep them intuitive with constant iteration of our frontend, and keep them reliable by fixing every bug customers experience.
