Sully.ai is rapidly expanding across engineering, product, ML, and security. We need top-tier talent—and fast. As Technical Sourcer, you’ll be the engine that fuels our hiring pipeline, sourcing high-quality candidates before our teams even know they exist.


How you’ll make an impact

  • Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across channels—LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche communities, referrals—to build proactive pipelines.
  • Candidate Engagement & Screening: Craft compelling outreach messages, conduct initial fit interviews, and deliver qualified candidate shortlists with insights.
  • Partner Deeply with Hiring Managers: Align with hiring leaders on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles for both urgent need and long-term roles.
  • Optimize Process Efficiency: Collaborate with Talent Ops to streamline workflows in our ATS (Ashby), maintain updated pipelines, source metrics dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sell Our Mission: Articulate Sully.ai’s impact—making doctors superhuman—to attract mission-aligned individuals who care about healthcare and AI.
  • Ensure Candidate Delight: Maintain clear communication, set expectations, and deliver feedback gracefully throughout the process, embodying our inclusive, high-touch candidate experience.

Who you are

  • 3–5 years of specialized sourcing experience (technical, biotech, healthcare, or AI preferred), particularly in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Mastery of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, niche communities.
  • Skilled relationship builder—comfortable navigating partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, with a penchant for tracking funnel health and optimizing sourcing channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor narratives to diverse tech and healthcare audiences.
  • Startup-ready: self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare/AI hiring, ATS like Ashby, or using AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Impact metrics for success

  • Pipeline Robustness: Deliver ≥5 qualified candidates per open role per week for priority technical hires.
  • Conversion Rate: At least 40% of candidates advance from outreach through submitted slate.
  • Speed & Responsiveness: Initial outreach within 1 business day of req creation; candidate feedback within 24 hours.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Hiring manager and recruiter feedback ≥4.5/5 on readiness and slate quality.
  • Process Visibility: Maintain weekly reports on sourced candidates, channel effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
