Role

• Long hours (We’re a small team with a big mission!)
• Support customer onboarding and upsell opportunities
• Build out and own Technical Support workflows from the ground up
• Innovate constantly on making our sales better, faster.
• 6am to 6pm PT Availability
• Other tasks too! (“Nothing is someone else’s problem.”)
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with the product or service.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer support leadership
• Proven track record of being a top performer
• High presentation and communication skills
