What You’ll Do

• Own performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels.
• Manage large-scale ad spends with strong ROI accountability.
• Run and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Drive paid conversions through data-driven experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Lead influencer marketing campaigns, including partnerships with global creators.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and continuously optimize for CAC/LTV.
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to launch and scale acquisition campaigns.
• Explore new platforms, channels, and formats to unlock growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth tech or consumer startups.
• Proven success managing $1M+ in ad spends across multiple channels.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and scaling international campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Action-oriented, outcomes-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Good to Have 

• Experience driving both B2B and B2C growth.
• Knowledge of creative testing, copywriting, and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Curiosity for new trends in ads, creators, and digital culture.
