What You’ll Do

Core Analytics & Data Engineering

●       Design and maintain robust data pipelines using PostgreSQL and BigQuery to track agent performance and business metrics

●       Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that connect agent behavior to customer outcomes

●       Perform deep-dive analyses on B2C user journeys, identifying patterns between agent interactions and conversion metrics

●       Build and optimize data models that support real-time decision making across product and business teams

Strategic Impact & Product Influence

●       Partner closely with product teams to translate analytical findings into concrete product improvements and feature recommendations

●       Create feedback loops between analytics insights and agent optimization strategies

●       Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement data-driven changes that measurably improve business KPIs

●       Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for strategic pivots or investments

Advanced Analytics & Experimentation

●       Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of agent modifications on user behavior and business outcomes

●       Develop predictive models to forecast the business impact of proposed agent changes

●       Create sophisticated attribution m

What We’re Looking For

●       1-3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related data-driven roles

●       Strong background in B2C analytics with demonstrated ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes

●       Proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation

●       Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and BigQuery

●       Data engineering capabilities including ETL pipeline development and data warehouse management

●       Genuine enthusiasm for AI/ML developments and eagerness to work in the rapidly evolving agentic AI space

Good to Have

●       Data science background with experience in machine learning applications (random forest, regression models, classification)

●       Previous work on lead scoring, customer segmentation, or predictive modeling projects

●       Experience with experimentation frameworks and causal inference methodologies

●       Background in product analytics or growth analytics roles where insights directly influenced product roadmaps

●       Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Looker, etc.)
