MedMe is launching a full-time career transition program designed for experienced pharmacists who want to pivot into digital health. Whether your long-term interest is in Clinical Product Management, Pharmacy Relations (Sales/Growth/Partnerships), Implementation, or Account Management this program gives you a direct on-ramp into the industry.
You’ll start by taking on meaningful work in Customer Success, supporting our pharmacy users, solving real operational challenges, and building deep product fluency. Over time, you'll layer in projects aligned to your career goals and strengths, working closely with Pharmacy Relations and Clinical Product teams. You’ll contribute from day one while building a clear path to a new role within MedMe.
If you’ve been looking to make the leap from practice into healthtech but don’t know where to start, this is the bridge you’ve been waiting for.
At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we’ve facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.
This is a full-time role that starts in Customer Success and expands into one of several long-term healthtech career paths. You’ll contribute from day one while exploring where you want to specialize. Here’s how it works:
Core Responsibilities (Customer Success):
Optional Exposure Areas (choose what aligns with your career goals):
Additional Projects:
You’ll also own a scoped project based on your goals. We’re open to anything that creates real impact, whether that’s building a new internal process, leading a pharmacy pilot, or testing a new idea. We’ll work with you to define the right scope.
This role is designed to evolve into a permanent function within your chosen path, and each area offers multiple directions: you might specialize in client strategy, product operations, sales, partnerships, or something in between. Most transitions into optional project areas begin after the initial 6 months, once you’ve built strong product fluency and comfort in your CS foundation. This timeline varies based on individual performance, interest, and team needs. We’ll help you shape a sustainable, impactful long-term role at MedMe.
Preferred:
MedMe is committed to a fair and equitable hiring process for all candidates. To ensure that each candidate’s journey is consistent and the selection process is unbiased, the team at MedMe will not be responding to any personal messages regarding this role or other opportunities.
The Interview Process
This is a remote role (Canada or US). Occasional travel may be needed for on-site pharmacy visits, conferences, and internal company functions (e.g. retreats, team planning, or training sessions).
MedMe is a proud equal opportunity workplace that is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status. We’re looking for motivated and compassionate people who can execute from the ground up and support the work that MedMe believes in.
MedMe is committed to developing an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment process and work environment. Should you require any accommodation, please inform us and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs. For any accessibility-related assistance, requests for information in accessible alternative formats or to report any accessibility problems, please share in your application.
We're looking for a passionate individuals in relentless pursuit of making an impact to join us on our journey in building the best platform for pharmacists as they shift from their dispensing based roles, to one that provides virtual care to chronically ill patients. Without adequate software and new workflows, we may see an entire workforce of 40,000 highly-trained clinicians (in Canada alone) slowly be phased out by robots and automation.
In addition to facilitating the transition for pharmacists to a new healthcare role based on their current education/training, MedMe is also for the first time capturing clinical pharmacy data with plans to integrate with health peripheral data (such as those from Fitbits and Apple Watches). This provides tremendous insights on the treatment journey of patients outside of the hospital, and opens up massive AI opportunities for: preventative medicine, insurance costs/ROI, pharmacological effectiveness, and healthcare consumer behaviours.
