As Account Manager, US, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of MedMe’s US customers, starting with independent pharmacies and smaller organizations and expanding into larger, more complex accounts over time.
MedMe is actively expanding across the US, launching new products, entering new states, and working with customers who often require more hands-on support as workflows, regulations, and local requirements vary. This role exists to ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported through change, and positioned to expand their use of MedMe as we grow together.
You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships end to end, with a strong focus on adoption, pilots, and expansion. The work involves leading customers through change as MedMe evolves, coordinating across Product, Customer Success, and Sales to support new capabilities, additional locations, and expanded programs. A core part of the role is understanding how different state requirements, clinical programs, and pharmacy workflows shape adoption, and using that context to embed MedMe into day-to-day operations in ways that create stickiness, reliance, and long-term account growth.
This role is ideal for someone who has managed healthcare accounts through periods of change before, is comfortable running pilots and implementation programs, and knows how to drive expansion through new product adoption, additional locations, referrals, and broader organizational rollouts.

You’ll own a portfolio of US customer accounts and be responsible for driving adoption, expansion, and long-term account growth as MedMe scales across products, states, and customer complexity.

We're looking for a passionate individuals in relentless pursuit of making an impact to join us on our journey in building the best platform for pharmacists as they shift from their dispensing based roles, to one that provides virtual care to chronically ill patients. Without adequate software and new workflows, we may see an entire workforce of 40,000 highly-trained clinicians (in Canada alone) slowly be phased out by robots and automation.
In addition to facilitating the transition for pharmacists to a new healthcare role based on their current education/training, MedMe is also for the first time capturing clinical pharmacy data with plans to integrate with health peripheral data (such as those from Fitbits and Apple Watches). This provides tremendous insights on the treatment journey of patients outside of the hospital, and opens up massive AI opportunities for: preventative medicine, insurance costs/ROI, pharmacological effectiveness, and healthcare consumer behaviours.
