Most dental appointments are scheduled over the phone by overworked receptionists who put patients on hold and miss a third of incoming calls.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of Arini's flagship AI Receptionist across some of our highest value customers. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, successful launch by guiding dental teams through onboarding, configuration, and adoption. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, customer interaction, and process excellence.


You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Customer Success. This includes (but not limited to):

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers—from implementation kickoff call through going live in practices
  • Serve as the internal project lead, coordinating timelines, gathering requirements, and managing dependencies
  • Collaborate closely with customers to configure Arini’s AI Receptionist to fit the unique workflows and preferences of their practices
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide hands-on support to ensure timely implementation and launch success
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to create a seamless internal handoff and customer experience
  • Continuously refine and improve onboarding processes to improve speed, scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a strategic voice in how Arini handles the onboarding of large and complex dental organizations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Starting with the obvious: you are PASSIONATE! (Seriously, you should enjoy what you do!)
  • You have 3+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience in SaaS and/or dental technology
  • You have experience managing multiple customer launches simultaneously in a fast-paced technology-focused environment
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • You are confident interacting and working directly with customers, including dental organizations, practice owners and office staff
  • You have a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems on the fly
  • You have experience with workflow mapping and light technical troubleshooting
  • BONUS: You have familiarity with the dental industry, practice management systems, or AI tools and technologies
