Most dental appointments are scheduled over the phone by overworked receptionists who put patients on hold and miss a third of incoming calls.

We’re looking for exceptional Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to lead AI workforce deployments across the largest dental enterprises in the U.S. You’ll play a central role in end-to-end enterprise engagements — from on-prem AI readiness assessments to deployment design and implementation across thousands of dental locations.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations — solving real-world problems at scale, fast.

Who we are looking for

You’ve led large enterprise software deployments before and know how to move from prototype to production under tight timelines. You thrive in high-stakes environments, and you’re equally comfortable debugging code, walking a C-suite through a proposal, or shadowing front-line staff to understand true workflow pain points.

Healthcare experience is a bonus, but exceptional technical and interpersonal skills are table stakes.

What You’ll Do

• Own the technical execution of enterprise AI deployments end-to-end
• Rapidly prototype solutions that prove immediate value to clients
• Conduct deep operational assessments and identify high-leverage bottlenecks
• Collaborate directly with enterprise executives, IT stakeholders, and ops teams
• Deliver real business outcomes under fast-moving implementation timelines
• Build trust and maintain long-term technical relationships with enterprise partners
