HockeyStack is an analytics and attribution tool for B2B SaaS. It collects and helps analyze data from all parts of the SaaS customer journey - marketing, sales, and product engagement. Our goal is to make tracking and gaining insights from all this data easier and faster.

About the role

HockeyStack is an Applied AI company on a mission to automate sales, marketing, and customer success for B2B companies. We build the most complete and accurate picture of the B2B buyer by integrating with every tool your team uses, partnering with third-party data providers, and deploying custom AI research agents. We use this data to power applications that automate high-value, high-complexity workflows across the go-to-market and revenue teams. Our core products include:

  • Marketing Intelligence – instantly answers questions like “What led to that sudden drop in pipeline?”

  • Account Intelligence – surfaces next-best actions to help reps move target accounts toward conversion

Since launching in January 2023, we’ve come through Y Combinator, raised a $20M Series A led by Bessemer. We’re growing 3× year-over-year, have hit multimillion ARR, and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win.

🚀 Your Mission

HockeyStack is growing fast — with 3× revenue in the past year, a breakout product, and a GTM engine just getting started. Our SDRs don’t just hit quota — they get promoted quickly. You’ll join a high-performing team, convert inbound demand, and launch creative outbound plays to build pipeline and drive growth. This role is built for someone who wants to grow fast, own their impact, and be part of a sales team that rewards performance with real opportunity.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Build pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and creative outbound

  • Convert high-intent inbound signals into qualified opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with AEs to drive meetings and accelerate pipeline

  • Master HockeyStack’s product, ICP, and value proposition

  • Continuously improve outbound strategy, tools, and messaging to increase effectiveness

  • Passion for GTM tech or experience in MarTech/SaaS startups

  • Comfortable leveraging tools like Clay to scale outbound execution

As part of our San Francisco, California-based team, the on target earnings range for this role is $90,000– $105,000 USD annually , depending on experience and qualifications.

We are continuously ingesting data from customer websites and also integrate with 25+ SaaS tools. Basically, we store a lot of data and have to make sense from it all. Our main technologies for the backend include NodeJS, AWS, and ClickHouse.
