About the role

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist who thrives on building campaigns that generate real results. In this role, you’ll create compelling content, manage digital channels, and develop marketing strategies that connect with our ideal buyers. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape our brand presence, drive lead generation, and collaborate with industry partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Content & Product Marketing
    • Create vertical-specific product messaging and copy that resonates with B2B decision-makers.
    • Produce high-value content including white papers, eBooks, videos, and product one-pagers.
    • Support sales enablement with clear, concise product marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO
    • Manage the company LinkedIn page and blog to build brand awareness and engagement.
    • Develop and execute SEO and Google keyword strategies to drive qualified inbound traffic.
    • Analyze performance to continuously optimize content reach and lead generation.
  • Partnership & Co-Marketing
    • Collaborate with integration partners and professional networks to create joint campaigns and posts.
    • Build relationships with networks to achieve preferred vendor status and expand visibility.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiation opportunities.
    • Use insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Events & Sponsorships
    • Develop a spend strategy for conferences and industry events to maximize ROI.
    • Support lead-generation initiatives through sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and partnerships.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy
    • Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to influence product and marketing decisions.
    • Implement referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth and customer advocacy.
  • Buyer Persona Development
    • Define and maintain key buyer personas to guide content creation and campaign targeting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to create compelling marketing content across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing.
