Your mission

Build the gold standard cryptocurrency accounting product for businesses.

Your one-year outcomes

• Product expansion: launch three major new Enterprise workflows that materially improve accuracy, automation, or scale (e.g., automated reconciliation, multi-user management, first class DeFi support, audit tooling, etc.)

• Product quality: ≥110% net revenue retention

What you will do

As the Enterprise Product Lead, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives to scale CoinTracker’s B2B crypto accounting platform. For example:

• Define the CoinTracker Enterprise product roadmap in close collaboration with engineering, design, accounting experts, and go-to-market teams: shaping the strategy and priorities that drive business growth

• Own and scale core workflows for crypto accounting, turning early traction into a trusted, revenue-driving product used by the top finance teams in crypto

• Drive new integrations and ERP connections (e.g., NetSuite) to help businesses accurately reconcile and report crypto activity

You’ll lead projects end-to-end from ideation and research through launch and iteration, and own key product decisions that move the business forward.

The starting salary for this position is between $150,000 - $260,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

We are a fully internationally distributed, tight-knit team. We have minimal process, and the majority of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Figma, Github, Google Meet, Linear, Notion, Slack, Zendesk. We also stay aligned and bonded through weekly sprints, standups, all hands, and socials. Some of the technical challenges we face are:

• Lots of data — billions of data points to track transactions and market pair prices.
• Data structures & algorithms — automated transfer detection, cost basis tracking, tax optimization, and more. Your CS fundamentals finally come in handy!
• Scalability — some cryptocurrency users, such as algorithmic traders, accumulate millions of transactions per year. CoinTracker needs to work seamlessly for those power crypto traders.
• Blockchain — whether it's running our own nodes, implementing xPub address generation and traversal, or parsing smart contracts to seamlessly support decentralized trading, we get our hands dirty with core blockchain technology.
• Technical complexity — integrating with hundreds of exchanges and blockchains, and supporting thousands of cryptocurrencies means we have to methodically architect our software and build critical monitoring systems to deliver a robust and accurate platform.
