About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time Content & Community Manager to lead how Rally shows up across our owned channels and customer community. This is a high-impact, hands-on individual contributor role focused on content ideation, creation, community engagement, and campaign execution.
If you love turning insights into compelling content, building authentic connections with users, and shaping the voice of a brand - this role is for you. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to source content ideas, amplify launches, and deepen engagement through content and community programs. From managing freelancers to writing social copy to facilitating community Q&A’s - you’ll bring ideas to life with creativity and executional excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience in content marketing or community management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to have a role in scaling our voice and impact across the funnel.
