About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Content & Community Manager to lead how Rally shows up across our owned channels and customer community. This is a high-impact, hands-on individual contributor role focused on content ideation, creation, community engagement, and campaign execution. 

If you love turning insights into compelling content, building authentic connections with users, and shaping the voice of a brand - this role is for you. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to source content ideas, amplify launches, and deepen engagement through content and community programs. From managing freelancers to writing social copy to facilitating community Q&A’s - you’ll bring ideas to life with creativity and executional excellence.

This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience in content marketing or community management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to have a role in scaling our voice and impact across the funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage content calendar across blog, email, social and community.
  • Sit within the Demand Gen team to support and execute growth-focused initiatives.
  • Turn customer insights and community conversations into high-impact, conversion focused content that feeds the funnel.
  • Write and schedule social posts that align with product launches, campaigns, and brand themes and support campaign objectives.
  • Manage freelance writers and designers to scale content production efficiently.
  • Track and analyze content and community performance, sharing learnings and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
  • Support and help run live programs - webinars, AMAs, customer spotlights that deepen engagement and support pipeline goals.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in content marketing, community management, or a related role in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience contributing to email and social content calendars, especially in collaboration with demand gen or growth teams
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across formats (social posts, blog, email, landing pages)
  • Hands-on experience managing communities (Slack, LinkedIn Groups, etc.) and creating programs to drive engagement and advocacy
  • Familiarity with HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Comfort with CMS tools (e.g. Webflow) and community platforms (e.g. Circle, Discord, Slack)
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and how content supports each stage of the buyer journey
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Sales, and CS to source content and amplify programs
  • Bonus: Experience running webinars, AMAs, customer events, or UGC campaigns
  • Bonus: Experience project managing freelancers from concept to delivery
  • Bonus: Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to optimize content and engagement strategy
