About the Role

We’re hiring our first full-time GTM Operations Manager to help Rally operate more efficiently across the GTM funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role focused on sales, marketing, and CS ops, everything from HubSpot automation to GPT-powered workflows. If you love building process from scratch and turning GTM pain into operational clarity, this role is for you. This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer.

You’ll partner closely with our leadership team to improve our systems, unlock bottlenecks, and help our GTM teams move faster. This is not a strategy-only role, you’ll be in the tools, owning implementation, testing, and iteration.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of RevOps or GTM Ops experience who’s ready to take full ownership of GTM Ops execution in a fast-paced, Series A environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM: fields, workflows, routing, access, integrations, and automation across Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • Implement GPT-powered workflows for follow-ups, call summaries, and internal handoffs
  • Partner with GTM leadership to build dashboards, investigate funnel performance, and surface actionable insights
  • Drive data hygiene and process improvements that reduce manual work and increase velocity across the GTM team
  • Support onboarding and enablement for new reps by ensuring systems are easy to use and data is reliable

Qualifications:

  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot, both as a CRM and marketing automation platform (required)
  • 5+ years of RevOps or GTM Ops experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of shipping and owning high-leverage operational projects across sales, marketing, and/or CS
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Fathom, Gong, Clay, etc.
  • Bonus: Experience working with or building custom GPTs or AI automation workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills - you know how to align with Sales, Marketing, and CS to drive results
  • Process-minded, systems thinker with strong execution chops
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple priorities in a startup environment
