About the team:

The Customer Marketing team sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and field driving actions through compelling storytelling and high-impact campaigns. We spotlight our happiest customers, scale their success stories, and create programs that bring the voice of the customer into every stage of the journey. Our work strengthens HackerRank’s reputation in the market.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own and execute HackerRank’s customer marketing engine across the world. In this individual-contributor role, you’ll build and scale programs that deepen engagement, strengthen advocacy, and accelerate revenue through persona-driven storytelling and targeted campaigns. You’ll work across teams to create high-impact moments that keep our customers engaged and our field teams empowered.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the customer reference and storytelling pipeline- from sourcing advocates to briefing internal creative/video partners.
  • Partner with Field, Product, and Growth teams to drive ABM plays, event follow-ups, and GTM-aligned campaigns.
  • Develop persona-based nurture programs tailored to the Offices of the CHRO & CTO.
  • Build and scale customer marketing campaigns that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across the post-sale journey.
  • Measure and optimise programs based on pipeline influence, engagement performance, and customer feedback.

What you bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise buyer personas - especially CHROs, CTOs, or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to lead multi-channel campaigns, from concept to execution.
  • Comfort working with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce & Webflow
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Field, Product, and Creative teams.
  • Bonus: Experience working with video storytelling, sales enablement, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with customer database strategy- ability to assess segments and tailor messaging accordingly.
