We’re Hiring Our First SDRs in South Africa — Join Us at Feather (YC S22)

Hey folks — I’m one of the founders of Feather, and we’re building something pretty special.

We’re rethinking the way businesses use voice. Instead of clunky IVRs and bloated call centers, we’re building human-like voice agents powered by LLMs that can actually hold a conversation. We’re live with our first customers, backed by amazing investors, and moving fast.

We’re now looking for our first Sales Development Reps to join us remotely from South Africa.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of outbound sales experience (ideally in SaaS or FinTech)
• Comfortable cold calling into the US (you’ll be dialing daily)
• Strong research skills — you know how to find the right people and craft a compelling message
• A focus on quality conversations and real outcomes, not just blasting emails
