Do you want significant ownership in a startup building something people want with real paying users and significant traction? Here's your chance!

🏗️ About the role

We are looking for super-talented infrastructure/SRE engineers to help us build and secure the backbone of our products extremely fast. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense, and fast-moving engineering team in London.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning our cloud infrastructure. Design and maintain our AWS environment using Terraform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Multi-region deployment and tenancy. Build infrastructure patterns that let us spin up fully isolated environments across different regions and support single-tenant customers.
  • Creating and improving CI/CD pipelines. Enable the team to ship safely and quickly using GitHub Actions, Docker, and modern deployment strategies.
  • Observability and reliability. Instrument metrics, logs, and traces with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and Grafana to detect and resolve issues before users do.
  • Optimising for performance. Tune autoscaling, network routing, and load balancing to handle AI workloads with low latency and high throughput.
  • Infrastructure excellence. Drive best practices in monitoring, deployment, fault tolerance, and incident management.
  • Collaboration. Work closely with application engineers to make sure our infrastructure supports rapid iteration and reliable scaling.
