  • Roy’s launch thread “Cluely is out. Cheat on everything.” → 13 M views in 48 h (X (formerly Twitter))
  • 30-second parody video introducing the Cluely marketing team (X (formerly Twitter))
  • Viral invite clip: “Cluely’s throwing THE Startup School after-party, DM for an invite.” (X (formerly Twitter))
  • Snappy IG reel that demos an AI tool in under 20 s (Instagram)

We want that same hook-heavy, meme-native energy applied to UPSC ed-tech and SuperKalam product launches.


What you’ll own

  • Zero-to-one social drops
    • 3 viral-potential X/LinkedIn threads + 3 Reels/Shorts per week
    • Your main job - scripting, & manage shoot, edit, publish, track—end to end with the team
  • Hook engineering & swipe-file building
    • Craft scroll-stopping first lines, meme templates, carousels, micro-skits.
  • OG Amplifier
    • Mine product & the data for spicy insights; turn them into stories that make aspirants say “wow”
  • Growth lab
    • A/B test formats, measure saves & shares, iterate ruthlessly.

You’ll thrive here if you

  • Think in headlines and 9:16 frames.
  • Live on X and IG Reels; know the algos, trends, and editing shortcuts.
  • Write crisp English + conversational Hindi (bonus: meme fluency).
  • Desired: Can shoot on an iPhone and & ideally cut in CapCut/Premiere/FCP.
  • Love AI, ed-tech, and moving KPIs—not just posting content.

The formats, metrics, and creative hacks you pioneer here will become reference slides in every future “Go-to-Market for EdTech” deck.

2. Your work touches every learner, age 6 – 30.
SuperKalam already serves UPSC aspirants, and we’re rolling out K-12 and skill-building products next. One killer story you craft today might inspire a 10-year-old to fall in love with science and a 27-year-old to crack the IAS—on the very same timeline.

3. You’re not “support”—you’re the front line.
Great teaching solves half the problem; great storytelling recruits the next million students who need that teaching. That’s why this role reports directly to the founders, not “somewhere in marketing.” When we debate product roadmap in the war room, your voice is at the table because distribution shapes destiny.

4. You’ll compound a personal brand at YC speed.
Every asset ships with your by-line. When a thread hits 1 M impressions or a reel trends on Reels, everyone will know who made it. Intern title, founder impact.

5. Real metrics, real sandbox.
We care about:

  • Saves · Shares · Watch-through (attention)
  • Clicks · Sign-ups · Trials activated (action)
  • Cohorts retained after 30 days (value)

    You’ll have open access to analytics, budget to test paid boosts, and mandate to kill mediocre ideas fast.
