We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

**About The Role

**We're looking for a Growth Strategist to help scale our go-to-market motion and accelerate customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founding team to drive growth experiments, optimize our funnels, and uncover new opportunities across marketing, sales, and product. This is a highly cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success to execute initiatives with immediate impact on revenue and user growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and analyze growth experiments across channels (email, outbound, SEO, etc.)
  • Build and optimize lead-generation strategies to reach industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncover bottlenecks and drive improvements.
  • Own tools and processes to scale outreach and campaign automation'
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates.

Must Have

  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience working with data to inform decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extreme ownership, extreme organization.
  • Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and ownership.
