The Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver a seamless and human hiring experience as we scale. You’ll manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and coordination across teams, ensuring the engine of our hiring process runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and excited to learn the inner workings of talent acquisition at a fast-growing tech company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics across multiple teams and time zones

  • Coordinate candidate communications to ensure a smooth and timely experience

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep processes aligned

  • Maintain and optimize data in our applicant tracking system (we use Ashby)

  • Support employer brand initiatives, such as event logistics and content

  • Help with offer documentation and pre-boarding workflows

Who You Are

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, or administrative role.

  • You’re highly organized and take pride in getting the details right.

  • You’re a strong communicator and can handle multiple moving parts gracefully. You have impeccable writing skills.

  • You’re motivated to learn and grow within the People and Talent space.

  • You care about creating inclusive, thoughtful candidate experiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems.

  • Familiarity with fast-paced or startup environments.
