🙋🏽‍♂️ About us

CoLoop: AI copilot for Insights & Strategy teams

We help companies really understand their customers and we're on a mission to make every company in the world as customer-obsessed as Amazon.

  • In a world drowning in unstructured data — transcripts from interviews, notes from focus groups, open-ended survey responses — we turn all of it into actionable insights so companies can move faster, make smarter decisions, and build things people actually want and ultimately providing a 70% time and cost reduction for market research.
  • We’re used by 300+ large agencies & research teams globally including Amazon, Financial Times, P&G and Publicis Sapient.
  • We’re a profitable team of 11 based out of central London with $5M raised in total and growing fast — 400% ARR growth in the last 12 months.

We're at an inflection point: product-market fit is here, the market is waking up, and we're scaling. That means our CEO needs a right hand — someone who can help structure the chaos, execute across functions, and make sure the company runs with rhythm, rigour and real momentum.

🔭 Company vision

We are Jack & Adrien — Cofounders at CoLoop.

Large enterprises today waste billions of dollars on bad decisions. These include things like failed product launches, marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. When it comes to managing large and expanding portfolios of products, brands and services. Most of them are just flying blind…

  • 88% of executives feel their market is changing faster than they can keep up with
  • 95% of products fail in their first year.
  • 25% have no clear research strategy at all.

Why? Because the time and cost of conducting strategic analysis are prohibitively high, and research is trapped in a fragmented, unmanageable mess:

🚧 Slow & Expensive – Traditional content analysis costs $10,000+ and takes weeks. Outsourced content analysis for a single interview costs up to $200.

🔗 Scattered & Siloed Data – Data lives in disconnected platforms with proprietary formats and no public APIs.

📂 Unsearchable & Unused Insights – Insights get buried in SharePoint, abandoned repositories, or static reports that no one revisits.

📉 Lost in Translation – Companies store decks and summaries but lack access to raw data, making it impossible to extract new insights.

How do you solve this problem?

The solution to overcome this barrier and bring strategic insights into any decision across an enterprise needs to be fastcomprehensive and effortlessly accessible.

At CoLoop we’re building the AI first customer intelligence platform of the future designed to eliminate these bottlenecks.

🚀 Fast & Affordable – AI-driven content analysis delivers insights in days, not weeks, at a fraction of the cost and with no effect on quality (read the paper).

🔗 Connected & Centralised Data – All research sources seamlessly integrated into a unified, accessible platform. Agency partners can even collaborate directly with clients in platform and deliver insights directly — creating a powerful referral loop.

📂 Searchable & Actionable Insights – Insights are dynamically organised, instantly searchable, and continuously used with almost no effort up keep required from users.

📈 Transparent & Data-Rich – Direct access to raw data, study objectives, and metadata rather than static reports ensures insights can be repurposed and refreshed rather than lost.

We are reinventing the entire insights value chain, AI first. With CoLoop we’re enabling companies to capture and scale customer intuition to the next generation of workers.

Human or agentic.

💼 The role

This role exists to multiply the CEO’s time, clarity and effectiveness. You’ll create structure from ambiguity, run the daily heartbeat of the business, and make sure strategic priorities are translated into action.

This isn’t an “assistant” role. It’s an entrepreneurial operator role — built for someone who wants a front-row seat to what it takes to scale a high-growth startup, and who’s ready to roll up their sleeves across product, ops, investor updates, financial modelling, and internal accountability.

If you’ve ever thought, “I want to build a company someday — but first, I want to learn how by helping someone else do it”, this is your role.

📤 What you'll own

Your scope will evolve — but here’s a sense of what you’ll take on in the first 90 days:

🔁 Cross-Company Coordination

  • Run daily stand-ups and capture progress, blockers and action items
  • Own task-tracking and accountability dashboards (e.g. Notion, Asana)
  • Set and maintain the rhythm of meetings: Growth, Product, Sprint Planning

🧠 Strategic Execution Support

  • Draft investor updates and maintain a live version as milestones evolve
  • Build a simple financial model to track burn, hiring, revenue and runway
  • Collaborate with accountants to bring financial visibility live

🔎 Product Ops

  • Schedule and facilitate regular product syncs
  • Turn research into structured summaries and brief the engineering team
  • Create systems for prioritising bugs, features and ad-hoc requests

🔧 Operational Infrastructure

  • Audit and clean up company tools, contracts and subscriptions
  • Overhaul Notion — make it intuitive and useful for the full team
  • Improve internal documentation and onboarding flows

📈 Growth & Sales Support

  • Track and follow up on marketing, CS and sales action items
  • Help build growth dashboards and support cross-functional delivery
  • Improve how we handle pricing, renewals and customer insights

❓ This role might not be for you if…

  • You only want to work remotely
  • You prefer solo coding and don’t enjoy pair programming
  • You’re uncomfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
  • You want highly structured processes and long roadmaps — we build, test, and learn fast

👌 What success looks like

By 30 days

  • Leading daily stand-ups
  • Running product, marketing and ops syncs
  • Investor update drafted
  • Notion overhaul started

By 60 days

  • Burn model live and linked to spend
  • Tracking dashboards (growth, product, bugs) operational
  • Cadence meetings running smoothly; actions followed up

By 90 days

  • You’re the company’s operating engine
  • Strategy flows smoothly into execution
  • The CEO is freed up for vital A-priority work
  • The company is running with rhythm, clarity and calm

Beyond: You evolve into the role that fits your superpower — whether that’s Product Manager, Head of Ops, or even Chief of Staff.

Who you are

  • You want to found your own VC-backed startup in the next 1–3 years
  • You’re the kind of person who ends up leading group projects because you’re competent, calm, and people trust you to get stuff done
  • You thrive on clarity, structure and ownership — even when none of those things exist yet
  • You’re not afraid to chase people for updates — in fact, people want to deliver for you because of how you carry yourself
  • You’ve probably been described as intimidatingly sharp but strangely nice
  • You’re meticulous with details and allergic to waffle

🎓 Background (We’re open, but you might be...)

  • A former founder or early-stage operator
  • A recent graduate from a top business school
  • Ex-strategy consultant, VC analyst, or someone with product/ops crossover experience
  • Possibly working in finance, product or growth but looking to get closer to the engine room

🫱🏽‍🫲🏽 Skills that matter most

We’re looking for someone who brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and operational execution. You don’t need to be the finished article in every area, but here’s what success looks like:

  • You get things done. You follow up, hold people accountable, and make sure decisions actually turn into action. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
  • You think clearly under pressure. You help the CEO zoom out, triage competing demands, and make smart decisions — especially when time is tight and stakes are high.
  • You manage information like an air traffic controller. You know who needs what, by when, and chase down answers before they become blockers. You ensure the right things are visible to the right people at the right time.
  • You’re a structured communicator. Whether it’s a meeting, doc or dashboard, you make complexity digestible. People leave conversations with you feeling clearer, not more confused.
  • You bring just enough process. You can set up and improve workflows, rituals and systems — without introducing bureaucracy for the sake of it.
  • You’re financially and analytically confident. You can spin up a quick model, estimate the impact of a decision, or help figure out if we’re overspending — and you know when to bring in support.

📚 What you’ll get

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience (inc. Performance Bonus)
  • Learning & Development Budget: £1000 per year to support your professional growth.
  • Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays (as an addition to the 25 days) annually.
  • Pension: Employer contribution at 3% — this is negotiable down the line if you’d like to increase this.
  • Equipment: Includes a MacBook and monitors, with the option to request additional equipment if required.
  • Gym Membership
  • Purpose: Work with a mission-driven team shaping the future of AI & insights.
  • Flexibility: hybrid setup, with autonomy to work how you work best.
  • Exposure: direct mentorship from the CEO and senior team.
  • Growth: Fast-track career growth & ownership in a high-growth startup and chance to evolve into a leadership position as we scale.
  • Impact: your fingerprints will be all over the next stage of our journey.
Interview Process
  1. Initial Chat – 30 mins to explore fit, motivation, and culture
  2. Founder interview – A deep dive into your beliefs, traits, skills and experiences and an opportunity for you to find about more about the opportunity
  3. Project Presentation – Founder-simulation task where you’ll share real examples of how you’ve helped senior leaders regain time, improve clarity, and drive execution across fast-moving teams.
  4. In-Person Final - Come in to see our people and space and find out if we're the right team for you.

We keep things transparent, fast, and human. You’ll always know where you stand.

If you're excited to help us shape the future of research with us — and want to do meaningful work with kind, ambitious people — we’d love to meet you.
