🎯Role Details

• Own and track timelines across both hardware and software development
• Act as a single point of coordination across engineering, AI, hardware, and product
• Handle external communications with vendors, manufacturers, and supply chain partners
• Run planning meetings, document updates, and follow up on action items
• Spot risks early, raise flags, and keep execution smooth and efficient
• Build lightweight processes to reduce friction and boost clarity for the team

• Open to fresh graduates with outstanding internship/co-op experience
• Ideal for young candidates who are highly capable, motivated, and ownership-driven
• Seeking robotics generalists with a Technical Program Management (TPM) focus
• 1–3 years of experience in technical program/project/product roles, or strong internship/co-op experience
• Strong time management and prioritization skills — you can juggle deadlines across engineering and hardware teams
• Excellent communication — written, verbal, and cross-functional
• Comfortable handling external communications (vendors, supply chain emails, coordination with manufacturers)
• Familiarity with supply chain operations, prototyping, or hardware processes
• A clear understanding of startup pace — you thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
• Technical literacy — you can understand conversations about robotics, software, or hardware systems
• High ownership mindset with a strong desire to grow with the team as we scale
• Experience with Linear, GitHub, or Jira; familiarity with hardware or supply chain workflows
