To do this, Parahelp learns from a company's best support agents and integrates deeply with their existing infrastructure, including systems such as Zendesk, Stripe, Retool, Slack, and Linear.
We're building Parahelp because we believe context—not intelligence—will be the primary bottleneck for AI agents automating high-impact work in the future.

As our first Founding Account Executive, you'll help software companies understand the opportunities for (and impact of) automating support tickets end-to-end with Parahelp.
You'll own entire sales cycles, work with forward deployed engineers on POCs, and use your learnings to help build the sales playbook at Parahelp.
