About Us

Reforged Labs builds AI agents that help mobile-game marketers create, test, and scale winning ad creatives. Our stack combines retrieval-augmented generation, multimodal models, and billions of gameplay and ad-performance signals. We’re a small but fast-growing team with backgrounds from Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Harvard, and we’re backed by world-class investors, including DCM, Y Combinator, the founder of King and Sky Mavis, and executives from Niantic and Pocket Gems.

The Role

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to build and run our outbound sales for smaller and mid-sized gaming customers globally. You will own the top of the funnel, run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and close deals. This is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a full-cycle AE and eventually mentor others.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and qualify outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of indie to mid-sized gaming studios and publishers
  • Manage pipeline and CRM hygiene
  • Communicate with prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals independently
  • Work closely with product and GTM to iterate messaging and tactics

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years experience in a B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, or AE role
  • Experience in outbound sales; comfort with cold outreach
  • Familiarity with CRMs and other Sales Ops tools (e.g. Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
  • Grit, self-motivation, and a love for figuring things out
  • Legal right to work in the United States, Singapore, or Vietnam

  • Experience selling to or working in the gaming industry
  • Previous experience in a startup or as an early sales hire
