What You'll Achieve

• Transform Finance with AI: Master and leverage groundbreaking AI tools, redefining financial research and due diligence
• Lead Client Success: Engage directly with senior stakeholders at premier global PE, VC, and banking firms, owning client implementation and relationship management
• Drive Impactful Outcomes: Identify growth opportunities within client engagements and execute strategic initiatives that improve client satisfaction, retention, and success
• Operational Excellence: Continuously refine our workflows, proactively sharing insights, and driving product improvement alongside our founding team

Must-Have Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in private equity/investment bank/consulting firm or at a BPO serving financial services clients (e.g., private equity, investment banks)
• Proficiency in Cap IQ, FactSet, due diligence reports, and creating lists, decks, and memos.
• Ability to learn new AI tools rapidly and confidently validate their outputs
• Exceptional clarity in written and verbal communication, critical for engaging senior-level stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• MBA or Finance degree from a tier 1 university
• CFA Level 1
• Advanced Excel (dynamic arrays, named ranges and quick macros)

How We Work

• State-of-the-art coworking space in BKC or Lower Parel, Mumbai.
• Standard shift 11 am – 9pm IST; rotate a late shift when US deals spike.
• Each analyst owns a KPI set: < 24 h turnaround, ≤ 2 % error rate, ≥ 4.5/5 client score.
