About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new pipeline across real estate, financial services, and other service-heavy verticals. You’ll be the first touchpoint for future customers, responsible for identifying the right prospects, reaching out across channels, and booking high-quality meetings for our sales team.
This role is for someone who loves the hustle. You’ll spend most of your time prospecting, cold calling, writing outbound emails, testing new messaging, and iterating fast. You’ll work closely with the Account Executive team and founders to evolve our outbound motion and define what great SDR work looks like at Conduit.
We’re looking for someone hungry to learn, ready to execute, and eager to play a foundational role in our go-to-market engine.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect into target accounts using cold calls, emails, and creative outreach
• Make 200+ cold calls a day to drive top-of-funnel pipeline
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and route them to the AE team
• Collaborate with AEs on outbound strategy, messaging, and account planning
• Test and iterate outbound cadences to increase reply and meeting rates
• Keep CRM and engagement tools up to date with accurate notes and statuses

• Are resourceful, gritty, and motivated by targets and real outcomes

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or fintech
• Prior SDR or outbound sales experience
• Background in hospitality, sales, or service-oriented roles
