About The Team

Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of making secondhand first choice while enabling entrepreneurs on both sides of the marketplace. Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, etc.

About The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager to supercharge how we retain and grow the retailer cohort for our secondhand fashion platform.

The candidate will need a passion for fashion – bonus for secondhand – and sales to help us 5x the sales driven part of the business, through understanding retailers’ needs, and building strong relationships with our existing portfolio of accounts.

The ideal candidate should bring an entrepreneurial, go-getter and creative approach to sales and relationship building to ensure we are able to meet the company's ambitious targets both monthly and quarterly. Working as part of a high performance sales team should excite you. You will have opportunities to work closely both with the rest of the growth team, and cross-functionally with other teams (ie product, operations, supply, customer experience).

Requirements

As a key member of an early stage startup in hyper growth you must be willing and able to wear multiple hats. The key requirements for this role are:

  • Proven experience, at least 2 years, in an account management / sales / entrepreneurial role, or at an early stage start up
  • Excited at the prospect of working in a high performance sales environment to help the company reach ambitious monthly / quarterly targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Comfortable with phone calls, cold outreaches, and visiting prospects in person
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial + positive approach to driving sales and over-achieving targets
  • Speaking French or German is a plus
  • Interest in the fashion / second hand fashion industry a bonus
