We're looking for our founding growth hire to join us in San Francisco. This is a high-ownership role with a significant impact on the trajectory of Circleback.

Circleback is used by thousands of people every day. We're ready to scale existing motions and come up with new ways to get Circleback in front of people.

You'll be responsible for scaling growth across the entire funnel–from bringing awareness to new customers to identifying bottlenecks in activation and retention.

What you'll do

• Develop a deep understanding of how the product grows and our conversion funnels
• Create and iterate on dashboards to monitor growth both at a high level and granularly
• Model our growth to identify and execute on key growth levers across the entire funnel
• Design, spec, and help implement experiments that drive compounding growth
• Dig into product usage and user journeys to uncover where growth is already happening–and how to amplify it
• Develop a deep understanding of the product to articulate value for different customer segments
• Analyze user journeys for traits or events indicative of strong acquisitions, conversion, and retention
• Build and scale systems for growth
