Are you a super high agency person looking to work on groundbreaking projects? Do you want to be a major part of a rock-star team in a rapidly growing startup, collaborate with industry leaders, and make a real impact in the legal landscape? Do you want to have ownership in a startup building something people want with real paying users and significant traction? This is your chance to join a rocket ship!
Weâre growing ~25% month-on-month. Weâre moving extremely fast, and itâs incredibly exciting. We have a lot of diverse tasks which need doing. We need you to help us accelerate and scale Solve Intelligence to the next level of growth.
As the Founderâs Associate, youâll be the right-hand person to the founders Chris, Sanj, and Angus. Youâll get first-hand, hands-on experience founding, building, and running the most lean, talent-dense, and fast-moving team in London.
Salar Kamanger, employee #9 at Google, is a good example of a Founderâs Associate gap filler who went on to run YouTube as CEO. Salar joined Google straight out of Stanford undergrad with a biology bachelor degree. He did a series of odd jobs the founders needed help with - including early legal and finance, writing Google's first business plan, and eventually migrating into product management. Salar had a stellar role at Google due to his competence and intelligence as well as the relationship he built to Google's founders and early team.
Youâll be a gap filler for the founders, helping us with everything such as finance and accounting, office setup (finding space, getting equipment), ongoing tasks (team outings, perk organization), basic business development support on deals with law firms and enterprises, marketing (social media, PR support), partnership and customer relationship management and support, employee onboarding, welcome packages, logistics, and much more.
Weâre the fastest growing startup building AI products to transform how IP professionals work. Weâre building an AI-powered end-to-end platform to help with every aspect of invention harvesting, patent generation, and IP portfolio management (see TechCrunch, Series A announcement).
One year since we started Solve Intelligence as three hackers building cool stuff with AI, weâre growing super fast. Our revenue is increasing 20-30%+ month-on-month, and weâre now selling to 100+ IP teams across the US, Europe, Asia, and South America. These include some of the largest law firms in the world such as DLA Piper, smaller boutiques, solo practitioners, tech startups, and large enterprises.
Our users love our product, reporting 50-90% efficiency improvements (see our testimonials).
Weâre on a high-growth trajectory, and weâre looking for people who want to join us on the journey to building a billion-dollar company.
Come join the rocket ship đ
The most important attribute for this role is that you have the ability to get shit done.
We are a young company of highly motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individuals building a billion-dollar business. Our fundamental motivation is to build a state-of-the-art AI product to assist humans in generating intellectual property and to have mass market adoption of our software.
To thrive in this environment, youâll be motivated to ship product fast and scale - you prioritise speed, are always itching to move faster, and want to turn things around in hours or days, not weeks or months. Youâre passionate about mass adoption of AI - weâre at the beginning of an exponential curve, and we want to take the latest AI technology and build a generational company as quickly as possible. Youâre a driven individual with a strong work ethic - our team is committed to going the extra mile, even if it means working long nights and weekends to achieve our goals. You strive for excellence in every aspect of your work - you take ownership of your outcomes and overdeliver on your goals. Youâre humble, eager to learn whatever it takes to help your team and customers succeed, and an optimist who thrives in a positive environment.
