Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, jack of all trades Business Operations Intern to join the Seremoni team for the summer of 2025. This role is a bridge to an opportunity for a full-time role after 3 months. All full-time employees vest equity in the company. 

This role offers hands-on experience in developing the supply chain, opening up sales channels, and assisting in procurement. You’ll work closely with our core team of engineers and business leaders to change the way the world thinks about seafood. 

Responsibilities

• Own communication channels with customers and logistics companies to deliver fish on-time around the country 
• Support the operations team to improve day-to-day workflows
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for business challenges
• Manage entire projects and collaborate with the wider business team to increase our presence in the marketplace
• Identify risks before they happen and make quick, timely decisions to prevent those risks from happening again

Qualifications

• Interest in being a part of a business that is growing rapidly 
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High comfort level with multi-tasking
