Pair Team is seeking a builder who thrives at the intersection of code and craft. You’ll be a technical leader shaping the architecture, quality, and user experience of the software that powers our care delivery platform—used by patients, care teams, and clinical partners across the country.
You’ll take ownership of complex frontend systems, partnering closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn nuanced healthcare workflows into elegant, performant interfaces.
