As the Director of Care Operations at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in leading daily management of Pair Team’s most prominent program. You'll ensure operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery while working on mission-critical programs that help fuel the future direction of the company.
This high-impact leadership role is at the center of our mission to transform care for underserved communities. This is a fully remote position reporting up to the VP of Field Operations.
