FlutterFlow is transforming how enterprise software is built with our low-code, AI-powered development platform. As we expand our B2B presence, we're looking for an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth across strategic, high-value accounts. You’ll own the full sales cycle, influence complex stakeholder groups, and close transformative software deals that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You Will Work On
Own and execute account plans targeting strategic enterprise customers across multiple industries
Build and manage deep, multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders—from engineers to the C-suite
Drive the entire sales process from discovery and solution mapping, to negotiation and closing
Develop and articulate compelling ROI narratives that align FlutterFlow's capabilities with critical business initiatives
Navigate complex buying committees and build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities
Partner closely with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful enterprise implementations
Represent FlutterFlow at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic customer engagements
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and deeper platform adoption
Who You Are
7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a focus on strategic, high-value deals ($250K+ ACV)
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex B2B environments
Experience selling technical products to both business and IT decision-makers
Strong understanding of enterprise development challenges and digital transformation initiatives
Skilled in consultative and value-based selling methodologies (i.e., MEDDPICC, Command of Message)
Self-motivated professional who can manage long sales cycles with multiple touchpoints
Strategic thinker who can position technology solutions to address business outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
Located in Pacific, Mountain or Central timezones
Bonus Points
Experience in developer tools, application platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions
Knowledge of Flutter, React, or other modern development frameworks
Comfortable using Hubspot CRM and sales enablement tools
Understanding of enterprise application development lifecycles
