About the Role

Join our fast-growing startup as an Account Executive (AE); you'll be joining a small Enterprise focused team in APAC. Our platform is helping enterprises bring out great digital products faster than ever before helping them stay competitive in their business. We’re seeking a driven AE based in Bangalore, India to expand our presence in the region, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.

What You Will Work On

  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients across India, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.

  • Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and craft compelling proposals that showcase the platform’s value and ROI.

  • Power based Selling: Challenge status quo, develop transformational Point of View and present it to CXOs, handle objections and win mindshare

  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects.

  • Market Expansion: Actively contribute to building our presence in India by identifying key industry trends, participating in local events, and driving strategic partnerships.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in technology organizations to understand their needs and position our platform as the ideal solution.

Who You Are

  • Successful track record of achieving or exceeding Enterprise sales targets, within a SaaS, tech, or software environment

  • Ability to lead complex sales conversations, uncover customer pain points, and align solutions to business outcomes

  • Has a bias for action attitude and finds ways to keep the engagement moving forward in a positive direction

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset

  • Strong understanding of the Indian technology landscape, with experience selling to enterprise clients required.

  • Based in Bangalore and willing to travel up to 50%

  •  Any Cloud Service Provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) experience
