Key Responsibilities

1. Acts as a thought partner to the CEO and cross-functional teams on strategy, company policies, and operating systems. Help define, run, and eventually scale a co-founder led sales organization into a scalable SaaS sales function.

1. Design, implement, and maintain go-to-market processes to ensure our CEO’s and company’s priorities are managed, tracked, and achieved. Recommend areas for continuous improvement and devise new initiatives to continue driving company growth.
2. Serve as the right-hand to the CEO; create and manage regular progress reports to track overall corporate goals and KPIs. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities required to meet specific project milestones.
3. Develop roadmaps and orchestrate projects created by our CEO, as well as propose and execute on special projects.
4. Assist in managing key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. team, vendors, candidates, etc) on behalf of Turing and the CEO. Drives timely follow-up on customer and partner interactions and supports follow-up interactions with each stakeholder.
5. Prepare collateral for internal presentations and meetings including quarterly board meetings.
6. Attend critical industry (AI, Consumer Product Formulation) conferences and stay up-to-date on key industry news and learnings and integrate into Company priorities.
7. Coordinate and manage priorities amongst back-office departments including legal, accounting, HR, etc.
8. Manage and improve company culture among existing and new employees and oversee culture events including periodic team offsites and support onboarding and offboarding tasks.
9. Summarize key company KPIs and dashboards and manage communication among internal and external stakeholders

Our ideal candidate: Basic Requirements

• Prior Experience – 2+ years of prior work experience with a demonstrated track record of success at an early-stage technology startup or similarly fast-paced environment
• Bias towards action and ownership – Capable of driving new initiatives from scratch and working cross functionally to drive the success of key strategic projects
• Strong Communication - Excellent written English skills with ability to connect with executive-level stakeholders
• Highly Organized – Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage different stakeholder schedules and priorities.
• Adaptable -Willingness to challenge, change, coach, and be coached - Someone hungry to learn and willing to make mistakes :)
