What You'll Do

• Build and own mission-critical systems: from backend APIs to frontend UX and everything in between.
• Prototype and deploy AI features that solve real problems for operators, analysts, and decision-makers.
• Push LLMs beyond chat—contextual memory, tool use, reasoning chains, planning, and action.
• Meet with users to deeply understand their pain points and shape the roadmap.
• Craft intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows and make AI feel invisible.
• Collaborate live with the founder & CTO; understand the vision and technical strategic direction and then own the solution.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Are a strong coder who moves fast and writes clean, scalable code (Python, TypeScript, etc.).
• Have hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, prompt engineering, LangChain, RAG, fine-tuning, etc.).
• Prefer onsite collaboration—you get energy from being around your team and working in person.
• Are a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you chase down the biggest problems and own them.
• Think like a product designer—you have great UX instincts and care about the entire user experience.
• Bonus: You've built and shipped AI-driven features in a real SaaS product or know how to make complex internal workflows smarter with software.
