Role Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, banks, and key industry players to expand business opportunities.
2. Drive partnerships from initial outreach to deal execution, ensuring strong alignment with product and company strategy.
3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
4. Serve as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners to drive collaboration and results.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and continuously optimize business development processes for scalability and efficiency.

Role Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in business development, financial partnerships, or a strategic role in fintech.
2. Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
3. Deep understanding of consumer fintech products and market dynamics.
4. Proven track record of driving impactful partnerships.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa.
