About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to own and lead Finku’s marketing direction. This role is ideal for someone who can think big, move fast, and execute smart. You’ll be responsible for building and driving end-to-end marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive real business growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and lead Finku’s marketing strategy across B2C and B2B segments, translating business goals into actionable plans across channels.
2. Create and manage go-to-market campaigns for product launches, feature rollouts, and brand initiatives, both online and offline.
3. Design and execute engaging content strategies, tailored to different audiences across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and community channels - including hands-on copywriting
4. Run performance marketing initiatives (Meta, Google, SEO/SEM) and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, ROI, and user growth.
5. Ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling, keeping all messaging aligned with Finku’s voice, values, and mission.
6. Stay ahead of trends and market insights, using data and research to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• You are Super. Out. Of. The. Box. and ready to own and execute the strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in strategic marketing, content, or digital growth, ideally in fintech or digital products.
• Strong grasp of fintech trends, customer behavior, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across formats.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and MoEngage (or similar platforms).
