Peeba is transforming the wholesale experience for independent retailers and brands across Indonesia and beyond. Founded in 2019, we’re on a mission to empower 1 million entrepreneurs by simplifying B2B commerce, breaking down barriers, and making wholesale accessible to everyone.

We’re all about making things easier: product recommendations to help our retailers find what they need, flexible payment terms to ease cash flow, and even free returns so there’s no risk in testing out new products. We’re building tools that make wholesale work for independent retailers and brands.

The Role

As a Brand Account Executive at Peeba, you will be the driving force behind building relationships with new brands and bringing them onto our platform. You’ll identify the right partners, introduce them to Peeba, and guide them through the onboarding process. We’re looking for someone passionate about empowering brands, excited to work in a fast-paced startup, and motivated to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and Engage Brands: Research, identify, and reach out to brands that align with Peeba’s curated product offerings and fit well with our retailer network.
  • Pitch and Onboard: Communicate the value of Peeba to potential brand partners, conduct introductory meetings, and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with brands, serving as their primary point of contact during onboarding and beyond.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful brand launch on Peeba.
  • Track Performance: Monitor the performance of brands on Peeba, gather feedback, and work with brands to optimize their product listings, promotional activities, and growth strategies.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Drive growth by signing new brands to Peeba and ensuring they are engaged, successful, and active participants on the platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to help refine Peeba’s platform and enhance the experience for brands.

Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or partnerships, ideally in a startup, B2B, or e-commerce environment.
  • A natural relationship builder—you have a passion for understanding brand needs and providing solutions that make a difference.
  • Strong communication skills—able to pitch the value of Peeba effectively, both via email and over calls.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent time management skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented—you understand the importance of metrics and use data to guide your approach.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new platforms and tools.
  • Self-starter—able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Passionate about empowering small businesses and the wholesale industry.
