The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead all PLG (product-led growth) marketing efforts. This includes launching new features, educating users, and driving self-serve adoption across the funnel. You’ll partner closely with product, design, and growth to shape our narrative, tell compelling stories, and scale user engagement through content, onboarding, and community.

This role is highly visual and content-driven—you should be confident creating or guiding tutorial videos, walkthroughs, and demo scripts that bring the product to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch New Features: Plan and execute product launches across in-app, email, website, and social channels.
  • Own Product Messaging: Craft clear, compelling positioning that resonates with technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Drive Onboarding & Education: Build guides, templates, and learning paths (like “Retell University”) to help users go live.
  • Grow Agency Partnerships: Manage and expand our partner marketing with AI solution agencies.
  • Explore Light Technical Workflows: Get hands-on with Retell’s low-code dashboard to test and showcase real user flows (e.g. webhook integrations, CRM connections, or configuring an MCP SIP server).
  • Lead Integration Marketing: Collaborate with CRM and platform partners to co-market integrations and drive adoption.
  • Create Content: Produce tutorial videos, walkthroughs, and high-converting marketing assets.
  • Track and Optimize: Define KPIs, measure impact, and iterate based on results.
  • Partner with Product: Influence roadmap with market insights and user feedback.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 2–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI
  • Have launched and scaled multiple features or products with measurable success
  • Are fluent in turning complex product capabilities into crisp messaging and engaging content
  • Feel comfortable working with APIs, low-code environments—even better if you’ve configured or tested real integrations yourself.
  • Are an exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
  • Are scrappy, resourceful, and energized by owning outcomes
  • Have strong instincts for storytelling, UX, and content design
  • Experience with video content, tutorials, or basic editing

Bonus Points

  • Can shoot, edit, and produce both screen-based and real-world videos (e.g. with iPhone or basic camera setup)
  • background as a founding PMM/Devrel/PM or have worked closely with growth teams
  • You’re AI-native and love automating your workflow
