Take App is a leading WhatsApp commerce SaaS company, expanding rapidly across EMEA/West Africa. We offer a unique commerce platform that enables small businesses to create lightweight e-commerce sites and facilitate seamless communication with customers via WhatsApp.

This internship is paid, full-time (40 hours per week), and requires a minimum commitment of 1 month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Sales & Support: Engage in sales calls and provide chat support to assist customers
• Product Localization: Translate products and adapt content
• Marketing & Social Media: Assist in creating and managing social media and marketing campaigns targeting these regions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product and sales teams to contribute to sales growth and product development.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
