Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in scale.
• Conduct onboarding calls to familiarize new users with our platform
• Localize content and products to meet the specific needs of the French-speaking markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in French.
• A deep understanding of cultural nuances in EMEA or West Africa.
• Experience in sales, operations, or marketing, preferably within a tech or SaaS setting.
