We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.

Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 30+ rockstars. We serve over 1,000 local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs.

We're YC-backed and well funded with several years runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in 2024. We're looking for an Operations Summer Intern who is excited by the opportunity to lead a portfolio of projects building and implementing tools to improve our day-to-day business operations, and get their hands dirty in the nitty-gritty of a Start Up. The internship is expected to last 10-12 weeks.

⚡ What you'll do

  • Own the execution of initiatives across Sales Ops, Customer Support/Success, and Data & Analytics
  • Establish and refine operational processes to enhance customer experience and internal team efficiency
  • Develop tools and conduct tests to validate hypotheses, seeking new and innovative ways to better serve our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze data and present insights to leadership and the full team, assisting in data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of operational enhancements

🎯 What we're looking for

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Direct or adjacent experience in business operations, consulting, sales, or customer success (a bonus if for SaaS company or to SMBs)
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven individual with strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving
  • Passion for solving problems; You’re always looking for better, more efficient ways of doing things
  • Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships / initiatives at the same time
  • Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
  • Someone eager to learn and grow in operations and tech!
  • Authorized to work in United States
