Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

At Bot MD, we believe in building products that delight our clinical users. We are looking for a rockstar Chief-of-Staff to join our growing team to help us scale our Bot MD platforms to reach more hospitals and clinics across the world. Bot MD uses our A.I. to power popular chat platforms like WhatsApp, Viber and FB Messenger to help hospitals and clinics automate patient workflows.

In this role, you will assist the CEO with implementing geo-expansion strategies and charting the overall product direction for Bot MD. You will partner alongside both our founders to support project management and execution of strategic initiatives and the product roadmap for both our product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Initiatives and Prototyping: Oversee strategic projects and facilitate special initiatives, including the development of innovative prototypes such as searches with GenAI, enhancing our product's ability to offer insightful analytics and user experiences.
• Operational Oversight and Financial Strategy: Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling special projects, particularly those that involve financial projections and general strategy formulation. This includes aiding the CEO in fundraising and financial planning to secure the company's growth trajectory.
• Information Funnel and Strategy Facilitator: Act as an extension of the CEO, being a conduit for information and strategic decisions among internal and external stakeholders. This involves synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic directions.
• Product Vision and Execution: Partner with the CEO to refine and advance the product vision and strategy for Bot MD, aiming to create scalable product platforms that can achieve global reach. This includes integrating customer feedback and market research into the development process, and supporting the CEO or product manager in sprint planning, product roadmap prioritization, and execution, ensuring that projects align with the company's mission and strategic goals.
• Customer Needs Identification and Business Opportunities: Proactively identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of research, feedback from customers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, integrating these insights into our product development and strategy.
• Empowering Doctors Globally: Maintain a commitment to empowering doctors around the world by crafting user experiences that are not only delightful but also highly functional and insightful, addressing the real needs of our users.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading major program or product initiatives in the healthcare or tech industry
• Love building prototypes and have a bias to action, you love being thrown problems and figuring out how to quickly prototype solutions
• Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
• Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of experiments and larger features
• Proven ability to deliver on what you say you will do. You hold your team to this standard, you don’t let details slip
• Data and business minded. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact. You can design, run and interpret experiments and A/B tests. You understand the impact of your work on the business and user growth.
• Strong background collaborating with multidisciplinary business, design and engineering teams to coordinate and lead the execution of the product vision and roadmap
• Good team player, positive attitude, excellent communication skills
• BA/BS in any engineering or related fields; MBA preferred but not required
