This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

We are seeking a full time Clinical Product Specialist to join our growing team. As a Clinical Product Specialist, you will be working on the Bot MD Hospital platform which helps doctors and nurses instantly search hospital information and simplifies clinical workflows through customized clinical modules.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the A.I. drug features and clinical content modules. As a member of our core product team, you will tackle challenging issues of scale, reliability and content accuracy, while delivering a delightful and simple user experience to our global user base of doctors. Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance of customized drug dosage and cost calculators, including liaising with clinicians, hospital end users and engineers.
• Updating and maintenance of hospital and clinical content within the Bot MD Hospital app.
• Quality control to ensure the accuracy of clinical content on the Bot MD platform.
• Preparation of usage reports for clients, including ad-hoc data analysis and statistics.
• Provide clinical and operational input on potential projects.
• Work with our software development and design team to realize and iterate on new features.

Required Skills

• 3+ years clinical experience working closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong background in clinical pharmacology and knowledge of hospital pharmacy workflows.
• Comfortable with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail oriented and a strong analytical abilities (e.g. you spot minute errors easily or are great at Finding Waldo).
• Great communication skills and a good team player.
• Quick learner, able to pick up new productivity tools and workflows in a dynamic environment.
• B.Sc. in Pharmacy, or other relevant clinical specialties.
